Do you experience difficulty with intimacy, trust, or communication in your relationships and are ready for change? Let's get to work.

Do you experience difficulty with intimacy, trust, or communication in your relationships? I have successfully treated individuals and couples who struggle with sexual-emotional trauma, desire discrepancy, navigating difficult conversations, and dating. As a result of couples therapy, clients report feeling more fulfilled in their relationship and feel more connected to their partner. They learn ways to reconnect and gain intimacy in ways that work for them. They also feel more confident with themselves and have more control of their lives on an individual level.  â€‹

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our sessions, I promote self-growth by utilizing your strengths to navigate life's challenges. I will encourage introspection by asking questions you've never asked yourself and practicing tools outside of therapy.

Sexuality is a unique and important part of the human experience and we should embrace our ability to connect with one another at a deeper level.

People I work with

I cater my expertise and training to work with individuals and couples who are over the age of 18 and who are from diverse ethnic, and socioeconomic statuses, and stages in life. Specific populations I work well with include:

BIPOC Communities

I am passionate about working with Black, Indigenous, People of Color and hope to provide support in communities where sex and mental health are considered taboo.

Recent Breakups / Relationships in Transition

Break-ups can be hard to navigate as there are raw feelings each of you are feeling in the moment. Through short-term therapy, we can collaborate to understand what it means to be separated or transition your relationship from a romantic context to a friendship.

Interracial Relationships

Interracial relationships form when two people from different races unite as a couple. Interracial relationships can pose various social and personal challenges, which can be difficult to navigate.

Neurodiverse Individuals

Many of my clients struggle with ADHD and/or autism. I understand that life can feel chaotic, isolating, and confusing. Together, we can navigate how to gain more structure in your life and help your relationship thrive.

Sexual Trauma Survivors

Sexual trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms can have long-lasting effects. I utilize cognitive processing therapy, specifically for sexual assault, (CPT-SA) to help clients work through past trauma and regain control and empowerment.

Women in Mid 20s/30s

Our 20s and 30s come with hormonal, body, and life transitions. It helps to gain another perspective in learning how to make decisions that serve us, instead of resorting to people-pleasing behaviors or thinking of societal expectations.
